3. The furnace lining of slag line should be allowed to be sintered separately, and the boric acid content of the furnace lining can be appropriately increased (thickening the sintering layer), so that the upper furnace lining can be fully sintered.

The slag should be removed in time, and the working time under the high temperature of molten iron should not exceed the temperature.

6. When there is less molten iron in the furnace, the input power of the furnace should be reduced.

7 low temperature melting, and then overheating to the tapping temperature, can keep the sintering charge in a low temperature state, so as to improve the furnace life. Because the temperature of molten iron in the furnace is low and the corresponding viscosity is high, the electromagnetic stirring effect of molten iron and the vault height of molten metal can be restrained, and the erosion of axial pressure on the furnace lining can be reduced.
