The measures to improve the lining life of induction melting furnace are as follows

1. The carbon content of the charge used for the first furnace high temperature sintering lining should be low to prevent Carburization in the lining, and the charge of pig iron should not be loaded to avoid oxidation.

The slag should be removed in time, and the working time under the high temperature of molten iron should not exceed the temperature.

6. When there is less molten iron in the furnace, the input power of the furnace should be reduced.
