In the smelting process of induction furnace, the following conditions must be met before tapping.

1. The chemical composition of liquid steel is in the specified control range.

2. The temperature of liquid steel reaches the tapping temperature.

3. The slag viscosity is adjusted properly

4. The ladle is baked well, the sliding nozzle or stopper is operated normally, the argon blowing system is ready, and the ladle is in place.

5. The ingot process is ready

6. The hearth and taphole have been cleaned.
