Choice of water cooling method for smelting furnace水冷:
1. 1.Sink + water pump: water in the sink through the water pump pressurized into the equipment,water flows back to the tank recycling.By flowing water, nature gives off heat.
2.Tank+Water pump + + cooling tower: the water in the water tank through the water pump pressurized water to sink into the equipment, recycling. Through the cooling tower to distribute water heat, cooling tower with strong wind circulating water cooling, you can effectively increase the amount of heat, reduce the user's pool
3. Tank + water pump +cooling tower and heat exchanger: ordinary water is used as the user owned the external circulating water, inner circulating water in the use of pure water, avoid scaling, equipment use long life
4. Closed cooling way: do not need to carry on the water cooling preparation work, the user does not need to dig the pond to buy water pump and so on the work, the installation is convenient, reliable and quick, energy conservation and environmental protection. Strong winds through the heat pipe to cool the cycle of pure water, pure water loss is very small
