Reduce the working temperature of induction coil and water cable. When induction furnace melting, the induction coil and water cable work to raise temperature. Due to the existence of resistance temperature coefficient of copper, the resistivity increases, the resistance increases, and the power consumption increases. For every 10% increase in the working temperature of induction coil, the resistance increases by 4%, and the power loss also increases by 4%. When the working temperature of the induction coil drops from 80C to 50c, the power loss will be reduced by 12%, which is a considerable loss for a large power system. Therefore, the induction furnace adopts an effective cooling system to effectively reduce the temperature of the power supply line, and try to avoid the vicious cycle of temperature rise, resistance rise and temperature rise, so as to reduce the line loss.
