Compared with conventional production line, induction furnace smelting production line has the advantages of fast heating speed, high production efficiency, saving material and forging die cost, superior working environment, no pollution, low energy consumption and high temperature control precision.

Because a large amount of waste heat resources will be generated in the process of steel production, we have reduced the number of ladle from four to one, and the consumption of liquefied gas for ladle heating will also be greatly reduced.

In addition to more than 50% energy saving than ordinary energy-saving lamps and fluorescent lamps, the electrodeless lamp will not break the filament, and its service life is up to 60000 hours, 10 times longer than ordinary energy-saving lamps. According to the calculation of 8 hours of lighting per day, 150 electromagnetic electrodeless lamps can save 240 degrees of electricity per day.

It is understood that the company has invested dozens of sets of induction melting furnace and other equipment. Since the start of trial production in May, the company has developed more than 70 models and more than 100 varieties of steel castings, and the production situation is good. It is worth mentioning that the power consumption of the company's 10000 yuan output value is 301 kwh, which is far lower than the average level.
